Many developers, myself included, often deal with so-called imposter syndrome. Sometimes we get past it, but often we let ourselves become our own worst enemy and prevent ourselves from doing the best we can.
What is imposter syndrome? Why is it so prevalent in the developer community? How do we get past it? The goal of session is to answer some of these questions and share some techniques to avoid and/or get past that feeling that we shouldn't be where we are.
